ASSISTCARGO has a legitimate interest in carrying out quality surveys with users, in order to analyse user satisfaction with this website, the quality of customer service or the contracted products and/or services.

RIGHT TO PORTABILITY
The user shall have the right to receive from ASSISTCARGO the personal data concerning the user in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller where the processing is based on consent or a contract, and is carried out by automated means.
RIGHT TO OBJECT
The user has the right to object to ASSISTCARGO processing personal data concerning the user when such data are subject to processing based on public or legitimate interest. In such case, ASSISTCARGO will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISIONS
The user shall have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects on the user or similarly significantly affects the user, always taking into account the requirements laid down in the legislation in force.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if the user considers that the rights set out above in this privacy policy are infringed or if the user considers that the processing of personal data concerning the user infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights.

ASSISTCARGO is present on the main social networks: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.. For this reason, it assumes the role of Data Controller of the data posted on its profiles derived from friends, likes, followers or subscribers, comments, pins, etc.
The user expressly accepts being subject to the conditions and terms that, in terms of privacy, are set out by the different social networks or platforms where ASSISTCARGO is present, empowering it to use the means that the networks themselves allow in order to inform users about the different activities and services it carries out.
Minors
Minors under 14 years of age may not use the services available on this website without the prior authorisation of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be solely responsible for all acts carried out through this website by the minors in their care, including the completion of forms with the personal data of such minors and, where appropriate, ticking the boxes accompanying them.
